Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details if applicable. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

We currently offer shipping via Royal Mail and DHL, ensuring fast and reliable delivery. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard UK Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited UK Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional charges apply)

At this time, we only ship within the UK. International shipping is not yet available but may be offered in the future.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Any promotional offers or free shipping discounts will be applied automatically.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will work with our shipping partners to locate your package. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our mugs, but in the rare case that your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
